Brad Seecof

Director, Producer, Engineer & Lead Editor

The company was started by Brad Seecof who fell in love with the movie and film industry at an early age. By the age of 13 he was operating multiple projection units at the local theater. He spent much of his free time at the local TV studio learning how the equipment and systems worked. This insight proved extremely valuable.

Brad graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia Pennsylvania in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Television Production and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.

Brad is a master cinematographer and production editor. His work has been featured on many major networks and Internet platforms.

Brad is currently the Vice President of Broadcast Pioneers and also a member of SMPTE & GPVA.

Brandon Shain

Video, Photo, Editing & Design

With over eight years of production related experiences, Brandon's radiant passion for all things creative and entertainment is contagious and inspiring. You might have seen Brandon's work on commercials featured on Comcast & Cablevision as well as business profiles videos on Yelp or even on the big silver screen and billboards!

Brandon works efficiently in both independent and group environments and specializes in feature films, short films, music videos, interviews, commercials, live performance recording and professional broadcasts. Some notable portfolio items includes associate producing and recording sound for two nationally airing Hyundai TV commercials, camera operating for Comic Con VIP Celebrity Guest Panels & director assisting on independent feature film “The Benefactor”.

Celia Werner

Video, Photo & Editing

Celia Werner is the Lead Videographer and Head of New York Video Operations at Metramedia Broadcasting. She graduated from Hofstra University with a Video, Television, Film Bachelors of Science and has worked with companies such as AMP 1 Basketball, DIGA (MTV's Binge Thinking Season 2), Fox News Radio, Viacom (Nickelodeon) and many more. She's also known in the world of Fan Films as she's produced and attended multiple conventions to speak about her award winning film "Batman: Patient Zero".

Gerald Emerick

Video & Editing

Gerald Emerick is an award winning director, writer, actor, and composer. He is the Lead Videographer and Head of Los Angeles Video Operations at Metramedia Broadcasting. He started out in music playing in bands in New Jersey then moved to New York City working in theater, he worked in some of the most prestigious venues mounting innovative productions. After moving to LA he honed his directing and writing skills on everything from TV commercials to corporate videos, from cutting edge marketing to experimental 3D short films. Mr Emerick’s current clients include Technicolor and Vadatech. His promise is to delivery of high quality content utilizing world class resources.

Kat Oliver

Marketing, Advertising & Production Assistant

Kat Oliver has over 20 years of diverse Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations experience. She has worked for several full-service Advertising Agencies in an Account Director role. Her expertise includes leading teams to development creative for digital and print and campaigns including web applications and websites, email, SEM and Direct Response (DRTV) campaigns, and direct

mail print campaigns.

She’s worked on a wide array of consumer and business to business accounts. These clients include healthcare accounts, financial services, consumer packaged goods, and retail clients. She managed

digital and direct mail campaigns for the Sony Electronics B to B and B to C accounts. She also led a successful, complex, integrated website and database project for a consumer packaged goods client, where she acted as a technical Project Manager and Account Manager in this role.

Stu Konefsky

Event Photography

Stu came to photography early on with Standard Photo Service in Philadelphia. Starting from "The Ground Up" as a lab technician, he was called upstairs one day, handed a camera and told to go shoot pictures at what was then known as the Sheraton on JFK Boulevard - and not to come back without them. The rest is history.

Training and assisting with the area's finest commercial and event photographers, Stu developed a style unique at the time; combining traditional and portrait photography with photojournalism providing his clientele a well rounded and comprehensive package which told the story of the day.

Stu brings a unique perspective from many years in the entertainment and party industry to his photographic expertise - an innate sense of timing. Rarely does an event go by without some fabulous photo of either a bride, or her friends and family, having an incredible time.

LisaBeth Weber


LisaBeth Weber is a copywriter and creative consultant who helps companies and organizations get their message out in words. Providing professional writing services, LisaBeth’s work encompasses business writing, marketing, PR, social media, and consulting.

With a background in the arts as a visual artist and singer/songwriter, her creative approach to professional writing is a differentiator and benefit to clients across a spectrum of industries including financial services, travel, building and architecture, branding/marketing firms, arts/film/entertainment, and more. LisaBeth is available for speaking engagements and has given a TEDx talk on the subject of creativity beyond the arts. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Playing for Change Foundation, part of the global Playing for Change movement made popular by the viral video of “Stand By Me” with musicians from all around the world that has surpassed 100 million views on YouTube.

Tara Levy

Social Media Expert

Broadcast Pioneers member Tara Levy is an award-winning specialist and multi-media producer. Tara holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Widener University in Communication Studies. She has done promotions of TV programs for networks PBS KIDS, Nickelodeon, Oxygen and marketing research for ABC. .

As a production assistant she helped YouTube launch their live stream feature alongside media partner Howcast. The show, staring Celebrity Magician Matt Wayne, was voted # 1 show to watch during YouTube’s live stream launch by
